I would argue that the likes of Saiko or Porter offer more than Evan James.
Frank Yallop called on several USL players in 2004 for WCQ such as Grande, Sutton, Gervais, Pizzolito, Leduc. A few of those players did extremely well. I dont think that they are shy about calling NASL or USL players. Nor do i think that Edmonton is off his radar. No coach in Canada can afford to think that way, and Saiko cant be off their radar if they saw him play and train before their own eyes at the U23 Olympic qualifying.

Edit: also, several Whitecaps players (eg.: Jason Jordan, Adrian Cann) from the USL got call ups

    Porter was hurt.

    Go to www.nasl.com
Similar to the MLS website click on match recap.
There is a video, written blurbs, statistics - most of what a fan unable to attend the game would be interested in.

Saw the goal, Saiko knows his way onto a highlight reel.
