The timing also sucks, as he scored in the last game he played in, and anybody who's familiar with Di Vaio, knows he scores in bunches. I wish him the best, but if he happens to be found guilty and suspended, IMFC could do far worse then handing the reins to Andrew Wenger.
I think his play has been good .. ok, he has one goal but he's made some great plays to free up guys .. he's good with the short pass in traffic. In the game he scored his goal, he also backheeled a pass that led to the 3rd goal. There was an adjustment period, then Impact had some players injured and he had no one to feed him.. now they got Felipe higher working well with him, and Wenger back.. Regarding his age ... I'm encouraged by what I see, he plays with his feet under him at all times and takes short steps to position himself .. he's quite compact. I believe he's less likely to injured himself or show his age because of the style he plays..

The prosecution appealed Di Viao's acquittal but that appeal was rejected Wednesday so he should be finally clear from this mess. From the actions and comments made by the prosecutor throughout it really sounds like this was a malicious prosecution.

Glad to hear it. He will serve you well in the play-offs.
