To be honest it's been a pretty god-awful last half-hour. We're beating ourselves.

Agree pretty much Vic. Sinclair is invisible, they have to convert those crosses, and thank god for Matheson.

If there's no change in 10 minutes players like Filigno, Parker and Stewart sound like a good idea.

If there was ever a time to bring in Filigno it's now. Is she healthy?

I believe if we won by 4 goals then a draw would put us through in 2nd on the total goals scored tiebreaker.

    5 minutes left for 2!

Edit: 3 minutes left to get 1 more!

The Japan/Sweden tie takes some of the drama away from the game and determines the required outcome of Tuesday's game. We now must win both to avoid either elimination or wildcarding the Americans in the quarters, both of which would be essentially the same thing according to Vegas oddsmakers.

Sweden are a quality side and a little unpredictable like their men's hockey program. We've played them four times in the last 18 months and are 2-2, and it would be nice to give them some payback for 2003.

But now, let the games begin.
