Do Olympic Appearances count as Caps?

Just wondering if appearances in the Olympics (and subsequent qualifying matches I suppose) count as international caps? On the mens side, it would be no, since it is a U-23 tournament, but it being the strongest women's sides participating I curious.

As I watched todays game, De Vos and Dobson commented a few times about the number of goals Wambach has and how many Sinclair has as they seem to be neck-and-neck. I guess any answer to the above question would also indicate whether the goals count too.

Everything counts. The Olympics are considered a full-strength international tournament for women.
