Good, makes them easier to keep track of! In all seriousness, as much as Edgar came into his own last year, I expect great things from him this year. Very hopeful for him, real talented guy.

I love it. Not only is it his proper level, but I like to see two canucks on the same team. Doesn't hurt to have our players playing together week in week out.

I don't know about the veracity of the rumour but it might come from Hume being one of the eight players training separately at a gym in Burnley.

It would be nice to see a number of our guys playing for the same teams, though I wonder if that will make it more difficult to secure them for international play.

They just sold their best striker, Jay Rodriguez, to Southampton (I think). Not sure if he was replaced.

I have wondered that as well, but it shouldn't be too much of an issue if it was only two. Doesn't seem like a problem whenever the USA calls up Bocanegra and Edu.

And one does not really compound the other when they play completely different positions.

"Meanwhile, contrary to rumours, Preston striker Iain Hume is not training with Burnley.

The 28-year-old is one of eight North End players who have been told to stay away from the club by manager Graham Westley, who is keen for them to find new clubs this summer. "
