Is the Toronto / Montreal game not being shown on Sportsnet West?

So, I rush home to turn on leg 2 of TOR / MTL on Sportsnet (as advertised on sportsnet.ca). Sportsnet Connected is on the main channel, and Sportsnet ONE has ATP Tennis.

Is the game not being shown out west? If so, why would you advertise the game is on when it clearly is not!

Okay, I've just dug into it some more and found out the game is only on Sportsnet East and Ontario, and is not streamed.

If so, that's crap! The coverage was much better last year. How can you claim to be the leader in Canadian soccer coverage if you don't bother to show both games nationwide?
