Default Match Thread - FCE vs Whitecaps

Vancouver are the favourites, but they've left Demerit, Lee and Camilo in Vancouver. Could we see an upset?

No Canadians in the lineup for Vancouver...at least 5 for FC Edmonton. Which pretty much spells dooms for FCE...

This is actually a better game than the earlier one.

When i saw that FCE got a free kick in good spot. I knew that there was no chance for the NASL/uSL side. In all the years i have followed the USL, i have never seen a nice free kick. Those are the skills that are sore missing at that level in North america.

    Sure enuff, saiko sky's one.

Edit.: after reflection of about 15 mins. I came up with Sandro Grande. He would be the exception of the USL player who took good free kicks.

2-0, after a nice chip from Salgado hits the post and Harris cleans it up.

Disappointing that Tiebert doesn't start, i'm assuming he seeing time in the 2nd half, but i will say Omar at LW has looked quite good.

Grande was always dangerous. Marty Nash wasn't too shabby either.
