I don't know much about this project, just saw the advertisement on pitchinvasion.net.

Several of the US based journalist-bloggers have joined forces to start up a new quarterly online/print magazine: XI. The idea seems to be supporting long-form and photographic articles on the culture and history of soccer in NA. They are looking for some help with funds to get the project off the ground.
