Thanks to flying_dutchman at Impactsoccer.com who posted these rumours:
Davies is apparently talking with FC Nordsjaelland:

That would be a good news for him as he's one of those U23 player who impressed me during the CONCACAF tournament.
I doubt this one is serious but Werder Bremen are looking at OO:

I think he would be better staying with Furth if they get to the B1.
Davies should land somewhere decent, he demonstrated pretty decent skill at the U-23s against a very high level of opposition - glad to hear he's in talks.
Bremen look to be losing Pizarro, their big striker, so like you said, I'm sure they'll be attached to a lot of different names over the next few months. Fürth are 6 points clear of Düsseldorf in the 2nd promotion place, just 1 point behind league leaders Franfurt, with 6 games remaining so they are looking likely to promote. Interestingly, they've already lost a couple key players who've signed with other clubs for next season. They're not a big club; their average attendance is lower-average for BL 2. It'll be interesting to see how active they are in the transfer market if and when they do clinch promotion. I'm with you that I'd be hesitant to see Occean move on to a situation where he's not established and not as likely to hold down a starting spot. But, he is the top goal scorer in the league and I'm sure there will be more rumours linking him to bigger clubs.

Why wouldn't the Occean/Werder Bremen rumour be true? Olivier is head and shoulders the best all around attacking player in B2. Either way, it looks like he's likely moving up next season. Mind you, Greuther Fürth is a club that always seems to fall just short of promotion, year after year. 6 points clear, knocking on wood, this could be their year. They've done it on Occean's shoulders. He could play for Bremen... Why not?

As in most of these cases I doubt it has much to do with the player themselves but more likely with their agents who also develop ties to club management making it easier to offer their players to that club, especially if one of their previous players performed well. I am sure players will put in a good word for someone they liked playing with but I doubt too many of them spend much time finding other players jobs, that is the agents job. Many of the Canadian players have the same agency representing them including Bernier and Davies. And in this case, unless there is some connection between the two that I don't know about, I doubt Bernier would know much about Davies given their difference in age and having never played together. Most likely the agent told Nordsjaelland about Davies and suggested they watch him in the tournament and since he played well they probably are interested.
^B/C we all fear he'd not get playing time as so many other Canucks have done when moving to big clubs. I fear he'd not get the time because his technical game isn't particularly high...he should stay at Furth and play play play! If he does well in b1 with Furth then move. Unless he needs/wants a big financial contract on which he can base his retirement then by all means...go get yer bills, kid!
aka, Bettermirror.
