According to today's newspaper (can't post a link as it's behind a pay wall) the stadium will be in the 20,000 seat configuration and tix will go on sale in April.

I think this is a mistake - the current configuration would be plenty for a Wednesday night school night in May....If this was on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, I think it would fill up but they will struggle to sell this out since it's a mid-week game. They will lose the draw from the rest of the Province, PEI and NS, especially for kids.

    There'll be lotsa free tix
The Director of Soccer NB has already said tix will be available to the 16,000 youth soccer players in NB with more than half being female.
Most of NB is within 90 minutes so go to the game be home early.

I have been told that there are at least 9 girls teams making the trip from Nova Scotia. As word gets out, that will grow. NS and PEI are close enough for players to leave school at lunchtime, make the game and return that night.

This is great.hopefully it will be a full house in Moncton and that can only bode well for the future of the game in Canada.

Tickets are as low as $25, and $20 in a group.

$25 is cheap... but not that cheap. I was hoping to see most of the stadium go for something in between the $10-$15 range.
