Plaque for Paul Stalteri

As Socceronly has mentioned in this thread, it would be a good idea to put together a plaque for Diesel commemorating his breaking of the caps record.

Who would like to take on this project?

For everyone else, what are suggestions for the wording on the plaque?

Here are some initial thoughts to play with:

In recognition of becoming the all-time leader in appearances for Canada's senior national mens soccer team, the Voyageurs soccer supporters award this plaque to Paul Staltari.

First Appearance : Toronto, Ontario; Canada vs. Iran, 1997-08-17
Record-breaking Appearance : Montreal, Quebec; Canada vs. Honduras, 2010-09-07

Should we get him an actual Voyageurs Cap, too?

Trying to simplify the wording a little:

To Paul Staltari

^ Give him a t-shirt with that, because you can't put it on the plaque.

Forget the t-shirt. Get it printed on a water bottle. Preferably a water bottle painted up like a stick on TNT. Now that would be awesome.
