I just picked the game up. Haven't tried it yet but going through the menu's I noticed something cool.
There is a section where you can re-play certain games and situations throughout qualifying, and we're actually a part of one of the situations:
"Tomasz Radzinski has just scored to give Canada the lead. Can the Canadians hold out and deny Mexico from advancing to the next round?"
Starts at the 50th minute with Canada up 2:1 against Mexico at Commonwealth.

While we're at it can someone tell me how you start the qualifications in CONCACAF with the preliminary rounds witht he small islands? I always start at 3 groups of 4 round....
Oh the game is out. gonna buy that first thing tomorrow! Canada in 3d! My young self has never experienced anything like it.
You can't start at round 1/2 of qualifying unfortunately
Also I can't find Simpson anywhere, and I can't find a CAP option either.
Other than that its a good game. Playing as Canada online is a hell of a challenge though.
Success is sweet: the sweeter if long delayed and attained through manifold struggles and defeats.
I've barely been able to pry myself away from it this week. The only annoyance is that there's no Simpson or Peters, but thinking back I remember Josh had an ankle injury during WCQ and I don't recall seeing Peters at any point. Great game though, and I've got no shortage of strategies after reading so many voyageurs threads over the years about how to line up our team...
Now if you'll excuse me I have a WCQ against Costa Rica to play... second last game of the hex! If only it were real life.

I've always wondered the samething, maybe there's a bunch of euro snobs dictating who's in fifa games and not.
As for the game why don't they have the CSA's adidas kits? In 06 version we had them, and so did a few other squads. Although I'm impressed with how they got the players looking similar to their actual likeness and not like the old game where say bernier has orange hair, etc... I guess their must be some TFC or CDN fan paying attention to detail.
Also I miss the videos like in 06 that show the various host cities and stadiums. Also the stamping of the passport when you beat a nation, good idea, not in the game. Enjoy the online world cup, CANADA!

Our company will be hosting Xbox 360 FIFA 10 tournaments in conjuction with world cup this summer starting from May 29th to July 17th around the GTA. We have a sponsor who purchased 1/2 season tickets to TFC + other prizes for our main event. Our facility has over 30 TVs and Xbox 360's and will be purchasing several games for our tour.
