I'm starting it now: #FCLondon2NASL :p
By "one" you mean "in their fifth", right?
Glad to see them doing this. I put a lot of emphasis on the regionalized professional league in my comments, what did others say was most important?
I like it.
The red to Ledgerwood was symbolic, the American ref was just calling us a bunch of commies for requesting equality. :P
Concur. As someone who firmly believes that the only requirement to being Canadian is a desire to actually be one and a willingness to compromise with others on what exactly "being Canadian" is I get...
Oh yeah, that's a pretty big oversight on my part.
Can someone please teach Ricketts the offside rule?
A bit harsh to have the reds there, but I can't help feeling Meneses is a bigger loss to Costa Rica than Legerwood is for us.
Now would be a great time for a sub to put a little more spring in our collective step.
...and it's Osorio for Piette! Not a bad choice in my opinion.
He should just play Morgan as left winger.
aaaaand there's the Morgan I remember.
+1
Boy, that's frustrating for Hainault. Still, we've been the better team for a lot of this half.
REB belongs on a starting 11 somewhere.
Nah, against Central Americans stepping in from behind the opponent is a reckless play to make in the box. Of course, that's a thing you learn from experience, so in Piette's case it's easily excused.
Really liking Issey's play thusfar.
Greeeeeaaaaaaaat, that was reckless by Piette.
We're actually controlling the game. What is this feeling?
The attendance numbers are the tickets sold, not butts-in-seats. The sad part is the high numbers mean MLSE, for all of the poor showings in the stands on gameday, aren't missing a dime.
I just want him at TFC because he would be a similar player to Earnshaw but a major upgrade skill-wise. Maybe not major, but I certainly think Koef-Hume would be a better combo than Koef-Earnie.
Hume to TFC? Please?
Looks like they read the criticism of the crest and elected to add the word "Ottawa" into the badge itself. Not bad.
Personally I think growing the open competition would be the best path towards our own league. You'd have the stability of American leagues for the clubs running parallel to a demonstration that...
Take it easy and get well soon.
