In the end, should have beat Cuba.
With that goal, that non pk call really hurts. If we could have defended to save our lives, this would have been a good game.
Hard to see a way back into this one. Time to try and change things up.
Henry out... darn.
Soft goal to give up, individual mistakes making that too easy.
The strike on that was world class, but I was more impressed with the one touch, under pressure, passing which opened it up!
Finding Henry to be having a great game so far. I hope that bodes well for TFC.
Looked up my password just for this one... let's go boys!
Our problem has been defending, not sure how you can blame Hart on that.
I'm probably as shocked about De Jong not starting as I was about Jazic becoming a starter, yet that worked out so I'm not going to cry out anything yet. Hopefully Hart is seeing stuff we are not and...
A new manager isn't going to change the players we have and won't give us a striker that can score. I like what Hart has done, and at this point, would say give him the Gold Cup. But, it would also...
I feel like this Canada team would rather play for a 0-0 draw in Honduras than a 3-0 win against Cuba.
Was the case for St. Kitts, Puerto Rico, and Honduras for sure. I wasn't at the game against the third minnow, but I think that was the same from what I saw.
Bummed this was the one I couldn't get out to, it looked like the place was rocking.
Very, very lucky to get that win. But we'll sure take it.
Well the women made us all proud today. Too bad that ref had no control on that game, shocking how bad it was.
Well done ladies, Sinclair for flag bearer.
Wow... this is a game.
Has anyone ever seen that 7 second rule enforced before? I've seen cards given but never a freekick. I know it is in the rules... but, wow. And then the hand ball after one...
I've never been to a TFC game (live close enough to have no excuse) yet I'd still call myself a hardcore fan. I figure you'd have to be to still be watching each and every game after all this time....
Agreed. The Gold Cup is a little foggy in memory but I'm pretty sure Milan spilled the ball right before Panama scored. And of course Lars had his moment in Cuba. Yes, they've done the job for us so...
Where in 116 were you guys? I had a group of 7 in 116 about 3 rows from the top. I think most of us were standing most of the time (two or three may have alternated) and trying to join in on some of...
Anyone know how paying for the tickets now off of the site works? How do I know that the tickets will be at Maro's for pickup and how do I know I won't be asked to pay for them twice?
I'm not that cynical. Yes players dive, but there are plenty of times when your in a full sprint or in someway have a precarious balance and a slight touch upsets you and you go down. That isn't a...
They might be bang on most of the time with the negativity, but it sure pulls a lot of the the fun out of a game if someone is constantly reminding you of how bad the team you are there for is....
Oh, we needed that!
Bottom of the bar too, what a tough break to take. Scoring one would have made this game much, much easier. 45 minutes to still get the job done, come on boys.
