Two to win in normal play, but one goal would have been enough to send it to penalty kicks.
Do you mean Andy Gray? He was fired two years ago, but he was a good commentator.
He said it to suck up to Manchester United (where he wants to manage someday) and to irritate his bosses at Real.
So Liverpool vs. Spurs will be shown live for Rogers customers only?
Sportsnet is showing Jay's exhibition baseball and the World Baseball Classic at the same time.
What is Sportsnet going to do with the games on Sunday, especially Liverpool vs. Spurs at noon ET and Manchester United vs. Chelsea at 12:30 ET?
I guess this means there won't be any other streaming of the games by Sportsnet.ca or the CSA.
Has Rochester ever hosted an international match?
For context, this interview was done months ago (December, I think).
It's time to put the pins back in the Jonathan voodoo doll.
Where did you see that? Regardless, I think Spain only allows dual-citizenship with those countries that qualify for that fast track citizenship due to their colonial ties.
Anyone else in Whistler? Tapley's is probably the best place for watching the game but the audio will probably be Hockey Night In Canada.
Soccer lover Bruce Dowbiggin on twiiter:At least he watched.
It's pretty clear with the offside line/graphic at about 2:30 in the clip.
Ditto to what squizz and The Ref wrote. Does anyone really think there was a change of possession in that play?

The Mexicans don't value qualifying for the CONCACAF CL very highly. If they're good, but miss the CCL they'll go to the Copa Libertadores.
Toronto (1) v Montreal (4) and Vancouver (2) v Edmonton (3) seems consistent with the rules. It's also easier and cheaper for travel.
For the second year in a row the CONCACAF Champion has been knocked out in their first game. A CONCACAF club hasn't even finished third since 2005. I've been expecting a much better showing. Are...
When I first read this I thought it was a joke, but after looking into it, if he can't be a dual Canadian-Dutch citizen this might be his best option. Normally you don't qualify for Spanish...
Why? Do their laws make it easier to be a dual citizen?
No. If he doesn't have Canadian citizenship FIFA won't accept his request to change. If he has Canadian citizenship he would be eligible to play for us in friendlies and official matches.
That can't happen. FIFA won't accept the application to switch unless he is eligible to play for Canada.
You don't need to worry about that for a while. They won't bring him to EURO 2012 just to cap him and they don't have any other competitive matches until next Sept.
"An IRB spokesman said teams knew they must not breach a 10 metre gap, which had been reduced from 20 metres a year ago."
"Les Bleus were supposed to remain behind the 10-metre line in their own...
I agree.Wasn't part of the IRB's problem that the French did cross into the Kiwi's half?
Why?
