I Rmbr last year(2012) FC Edmonton used to travel to cities even a few days before a game in order for players to have more time to adjust. They even setup camp in USA in between games in order to avoid travel back and forth. Now there were Budget cuts to all of this any idea if the savings were "significant"? If I recall correctly the travel budget was 700k?? And last I read on the11.ca the Fath group mentioned that if there were a team in Calgary it would save them on travel(lets assume calgary joins Next year....lol)Obviously but how much? 2-3trip a season? On the other hand travelling within Canada is expensive and having to travel to Ottawa might offset the saving don't you think?
