Germany needs to win to assure themselves of advancing. Ghana advance with a tie. Whoever finishes 1st in the group will play England.

*Bump* to avoid the redundant thread...
I wonder if Germany would favour a draw so they could meet the US instead of England in the knock outs. Ooh revenge opportunity for the Americans for 2002 or the classic WWII showdown. Either way great fixtures.

^ That would be playing with fire cause then they could be out with a Serbia win. If Serbia was able to beat Germany, they can do the same against the Aussies.
so both germany and ghana are through
just realized no one mentioned germany won 1-0, I didn't see it but apparently mesut ozil scored in the 60th

Ghana still hasn't scored a single goal from open play.

I thought they looked good though ^^^^. Maybe the best show I've seen from Ghana so far. Lahm's last second block would have definitely been a goal.
They're all still young, but I like the potential of the Podolski-Ozil-Mueller line behind the striker.
