Voyageurs on Facebook

Someone suggested we create a Voyageurs group on Facebook. I have set one up if anyone is interested in joining.

I have an account there too. I just never log on. I only signed up because after the VT shooting there were some VT students that put video up on their Facebook account before CNN or any other news outlet got ahold of it.

There are some Canadian players on Facebook as well. Maybe a nicely worded invite to the group would be a valuable way to make them aware of the support we have for them.

facebooks a little creepy already (girls are serious stalkers yo), I'd just leave em be, getting messages from people you don't know = scary, even if it is harmless and good natured.

Just like a moderator of sorts, can delete postings. Can add events, that sort of thing.

There's also a "Jonathan De Guzman for Canada" group on Facebook that people may want to join, if they are so inclined. Interestingly enough Maurice Edu, Marvell Wynne and David Guzman of Toronto FC have joined the group! If you look at the list of people who have been invited but haven't joined the group, one of them in National Woman's team player Amanda Cicchini, and her profile photo on Facebook is um....very interesting shall we say!
