Without making this sound too much like an ad, or getting you too worked up, I would appreciate a moment to announce WFP's agonizingly slow rebirth online. It's out there at the usual address... www.worldfootballpages.com
Again, don't get too excited yet... pickings are still quite slim however, the World Cup section is fleshing out every day with new stuff, including our very own FIFA accredited Tim Grainey in the media pits at the big show itself. Some of you may remember Tim's Canada-USA-USL-MLS contributions during the last days of the printed WFP. Tim is firing stuff back on th fly and currently four of his reports are online.
You may also remember Peter Ferris of Quills on Footy fame. He's currently scrambling for a TV somehwere in Seville, Spain, and destined to fire us back a little slice of Spanish World Cup life every so often.
There's more original World Cup stuff and, in the 'What's New' section you'll find a few Canada u20 vs. Brazil photo galleries with captions. I'll be adding more from the stands and the field soon.
And hey, you still have time to enter the Yellow Card contest. ****, now it all sound like an ad.
Point being anyway, you guys always lamented that you'd visit WFP if it were online... now's your chance.
