GermanTV is available on GLOBECAST Satellite. So this means more then likely a german pub around your area will carry the broadcast live.

It's a 2:00pm start so it means its an hour tape delayed I guess?

There seems to be some confusion about this. The German TV site is contradictory: at http://www.germantv.info/en_fussball.php it says 11:40 AM ET/8:40 PM PT (actually it say 11:40 PM ET but that's surely just a typo).

The DFB site says kickoff is at 1 PM EDT.

The kick-off time is 7pm German time, 6pm UK time. You can work out your time from that, I guess...
